Every Feeliento piece is covered by a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day your order is delivered. We offer it because we choose materials we are willing to stand behind for years, not weeks.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Clasps, links and fittings that fail under normal everyday wear
- Plating that lifts or flakes as a result of a production fault
- Engraving, printing or photo projection produced incorrectly on our side
- Items that arrive damaged in transit
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches that come with daily use
- Tarnishing or discolouration caused by contact with water, perfume, lotions, chlorine, salt water or cleaning products
- Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse or neglect
- Alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than us
- Lost or stolen items
- Errors in personalization text that were submitted incorrectly at checkout
PROTECT YOUR PIECE
Take your jewellery off before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Put it on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried. Store it dry, away from direct sunlight, and wipe it with the soft cloth included in your box after wearing.
Following these instructions keeps your piece looking new and keeps your warranty valid.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Email info@feeliento.com with:
- your order number
- clear photographs showing the issue
- a short description of what happened
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If neither is possible, we will refund it.
GOOD TO KNOW
The warranty covers the original purchaser and is valid with proof of purchase. It applies to the piece you bought, not to a replacement of a different design.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
