How does personalization work?
Choose your design, then add your custom details, a name, date, photo, or short message, at checkout. Most personalized pieces are handcrafted and ready to ship within 1 to 4 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
What photo should I upload for my piece?
A clear, well-lit photo works best. Square photos are ideal since they fit the pendant shape without cropping. Avoid dark or blurry images so the projection stays sharp.
What size should I choose?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Bracelets and necklaces list their available lengths in the options above, and most are adjustable to fit comfortably.
What are your jewelry pieces made from?
We use 925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel, both water resistant and built to resist tarnishing, so your jewelry keeps its shine through everyday wear.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship across Israel and worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over ₪69.
What is your return policy?
We offer free exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it easy to fix.
What warranty do you offer?
Every piece comes with a 5-year warranty. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, and we're here to help with any manufacturing issue that comes up.
My order shows as delayed, what should I do?
Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your order looks delayed, contact us and we'll look into it and update you right away.
